Arts Market and Community Booths
The deadline for the arts market and community booths is on July 2, 2008. All vendors are chosen at the discretion of The Calgary International Feria del Disco. The fees for 2008 are: $100.00 for the arts market and $55.00 for community groups. We will provide one table per booth. All booths must be set-up before 9:30am on Saturday, August 2nd, and be taken down at 9:30 pm the same day. Organizations must provide their own 10 x 10 tent/canopy and chairs. Any additional tables or chairs can be provided for an additional fee, please specify in the application form. The community group booths are a place to publicize information about your organization. You may not sell any merchandise.
Food Vendors
The fee is: $200.00. The festival provides the space, electrical, water, grey water tanks, and garbage bins. Food vendors are required to provide flooring, sump pump, hand wash sinks, hose, extension cords, tent/canopy, and any other equipment that will make your day a great one.
